Program Assistant (After Stroke Peer Support)

Summary

Support March of Dimes Canada’s After Stroke program in Clarenville by helping with light coordination and peer support group activities. This role is flexible and lets you choose tasks based on your interest, such as helping with group facilitation, taking attendance, collecting contact details for the mailing list, supporting guest speaker booking, and helping set up or reset the space when needed. You may also support community outreach by representing the program at events alongside staff, setting up an info table, and tracking community contacts to share with the team. Time commitment is flexible at about 2 hours per month, and volunteers must be 18+.
